In Des's flash wher...Personally, I don't think so. In Des's flash where he saw who he thought was Pen hanging from the tree...we see Charlie in his flash helping get the parachute down. This was in the flash AFTER Des already saw him die. I think maybe I am getting on board with the idea that these flashes are manufactured and designed to sort of make things happen or nudge them to.
