Plot Payoff
I had not remembered that Claire has "flashes" of memory
of scratching Danielle during Exodus, Part 2. It still doesn't
explain the scratches on Ethan's face in Homecoming. But
at this point the ground work was laid for Maternity Leave
fifteen episodes later. It's nice to be able to look back at these
sort of payoffs.

You're so right Memphish, it is very satisfying to look at the "older" episodes and getting an understanding of what happened then, in relation to what we have seen more recently!
I, too, enjoyed rewatching S1 and S2 (so far...waiting for S3 DVDs to watch with hubby). It's really amazing how well-thought out the overall story is and how things that happened and were said in earlier episodes really pay off later. It's almost like an "epiphany". LOL
It is sooo much fun to watch S1 and S2 knowing what we know now. Even little things that passed you by the first twenty times you watch now have new meaning!
I don't remember seeing Claire scratch Ethan's face - did she?
